Starlinks Global becomes first to adopt Hurricane’s “game-changing Kona API”

International cross-border delivery specialist Starlinks Global is the first company to adopt game-changing technology to enable its customers to enjoy a seamless global eCommerce experience.

Starlinks Global has integrated Hurricane Commerce’s all-in-one Kona API. Kona is the first API of its kind to cover all of the critical cross-border areas of HS code allocation, duty and tax calculation, denied parties screening and prohibited and restricted goods screening.

Kona is the latest product innovation from Hurricane, a world-leader in the provision of cross-border data services supporting smooth and speedy customs clearance.

Kona brings together the best of earlier Hurricane products in one API and adds real value to customers handling high volumes of cross-border shipments.

Interesting Fact: I started my working life training to be an accountant but decided I hated numbers. (Ironically I now love them!). I really wanted to join the Hong Kong Police force but couldn’t do that until i was 24. I took a temporary job in Imports and 47 years later here I am.

Favourite Music: There only was one choice. Harry Chapin. Meant a lot to me in my early years as an import broker. We played Chapin for hours and this one seemed to cover so many modes.
