PGA Data Requirements

On 24 July 2026, US Customs and Border Protection replaced the old spreadsheet-based mail process with a new postal informal entry system. It gave a narrow set of shipments, those flagged by a Partner Government Agency (PGA), those claiming Chapter 98 or 99 treatment, and those relying on a free trade agreement, a temporary grace period inside the simplified route. That grace period closes on 22 October 2026.
