Hurricane is delighted to announce that it will be a Silver Sponsor at next year’s Leaders in Logistics Summit in London.
The event brings together senior delegates from postal operators, carriers, 3PL, retailers and start-ups.
Taking place on March 28-29, 2023, at the Business Deign Centre in London, the summit will provide a platform for thought leadership and networking.
Hurricane’s CEO Martyn Noble will be a speaker and panellist in the event’s cross-border eCommerce session on Day 1 which will cover topics including supply chain management, whether the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is working and how the customs process can be enhanced.
We’ll also be giving delegates an insight into the critical role our AI-driven, real-time data solutions, Zephyr and Aura, are playing in enabling our customers to achieve seamless cross-border trade.
Our global footprint of customers includes Australia Post, An Post, Royal Mail, Emirates Post, HongKong Post and SEKO. We are also a data partner to the International Post Corporation (IPC) and Universal Postal Union (UPU).
Martyn Noble said: “We are delighted to have signed up to be Silver Sponsor at the Leaders in Logistics Summit in London.
“The focus of the event is very much forward-facing, showcasing the challenges and opportunities facing those organisations which are serious about scaling in cross-border eCommerce.
“The event takes place in the same month as the implementation of the ICS2 second release which requires postal operators and carriers to provide complete and accurate data sets for all shipments coming to or via the European Union by air.
“We’ll be sharing our intelligence regarding this key regulatory event as well as reflecting on some of the other events of the last couple of years such as the EU’s abolition of the VAT exemption on low-value goods and the introduction of IOSS.”
