Hurricane Commerce will be a Silver Sponsor at this year’s Parcel & Post Expo.
The event is due to take place at the Messe Wien Exhibition & Congress Centre in Vienna from October 12-14.
It will be the first postal event to be held in person since the pandemic. For those unable to attend in person, there will also be a virtual option.
The first day of the three-day event will see Hurricane pitch for the Postal Innovation Award in the eCommerce, Retail and Cross-Border category.
Hurricane will also have a speaker platform during the conference.
Martyn Noble, Hurricane’s CEO, said: “We are delighted to be sponsoring this prestigious event and particularly excited that it will be the first major conference of its kind to be held in person as well as virtual since the pandemic began.
“These are exciting times for the postal and parcel sector with so much innovation and businesses adapting to a rapidly changing world.
“Cross-border eCommerce is one of the most important areas for postal operators and carriers with huge growth opportunities for those who get it right.
“But increasing global regulation of cross-border trade and the mandatory requirement for accurate shipment data means that there are no short cuts to success.”
Hurricane has an ever-growing list of postal operators and carriers choosing us as their data partner of choice. They include Royal Mail, Australia Post, Emirates Post, An Post and SEKO Logistics.
Hurricane also recently announced that it had signed a contract with 4PX, the largest eCommerce logistics provider in China.
